Aloha, we are your hosts, Don and Bethann Duval. We have been living in Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii since 1996.

Together we have created La'a Loa Wellness Center. Our vision is to provide a tropical Paradise for people to come and BE. We are here to facilitate optimum health. We are here to assist you towards your joy, whatever that means to you. In doing so, you may choose to cleanse, to exercise, to detox, to snorkel, to laugh, to meditate, to swim, to do whatever you know will bring you more and more into joy. You will choose from our wide variety of services as you take your journey toward improved health.

We offer a variety of treatments for body, mind and spirit. Available at La'a Loa Wellness Center is Jin Shin Jyutsu® “Physio-philosophy,” Colon Hydrotherapy, Far Infrared Saunas, Internal Cleanses, Detoxofications, Guided Juice Fasts, Ear Candling, Personal Training, Cycling Excursions, Fitness Programs and more.

Bethann loves to swim, snorkel, paddle, garden and explore Hawaii. Don's spare time is spent golfing, cycling, and enjoying his family. Don has 2 sons.

We are delighted to have you stay at Kanewa Place. We are available to “talk story” about the island, local activities and anything else you might want to know. We know a lot about this “rock” and are very willing to share. We look forward to meeting you.
